Maya, Photoshop, VRay, ZBrush

Recently purchased Battlefield Bad Company 2 and then Battlefield 3 so I decided to redo a soldier scene that I had worked on about 2 years ago. All objects created using Maya. The soldier was posed and then sent to Zbrush for detailing. All textures were created using Photoshop. The scene contains a forest HDRI and one light. Had the opportunity to try out Vray for the first time for rendering. The scene took 36 hours to render using brute force and a irradiance map. All layers were composited using Photoshop. The smoke effect is a stock cloud image with the zdepth map applied.
